When I first saw the light output specs on the LEDPAR12HEX datasheet, I thought for a moment it was a typo. But no: sixteen thousand five hundred lux at one meter, while the box is barely bigger than a coffee can. This is where compact housing meets brutal performance.

Six-color LED system — professional color mixing

The 12 RGBWA+UV LED chips don’t just do the rainbow, but also pastels, deep tones and UV effects. Whether you want theatrical warm white or cold disco blue, the six-color mixing delivers smoothly. The 26-degree beam angle is perfect when you need focused light — face lighting, accents, backdrop walls all work with it.

Five DMX profiles and IR remote

The LEDPAR12HEX is not a one-trick pony: it supports 6, 7, 9, 12 and 24-channel DMX profiles, depending on how much control detail you want. The electronic dimmer and 1–20 Hz strobe are smooth, and the fan runs at two speeds — there’s a quiet mode too if you’re using it in studio conditions. And if there’s no console, the IR remote is included.

Powercon and XLR — industry standard

Power comes in and passes through via Powercon, DMX via XLR — no messing around. You run one line and the chain works. The 160-watt consumption is fair, the metal-ABS casing is rugged, and the 1.9-kilo weight is manageable.
